12TH ANNUAL ‘BUNNY HOP’ EASTER BRUNCH AND DANCE PARTY, SUNDAY APRIL, 17TH TO BENEFIT THE HERC | HIP HOP EDUCATION & RESOURCE CENTER IN SALT LAKE CITY

On Sunday, April 17th the Garage on Beck Street will host Mr. Jesse Walker’s 12th Annual ‘Bunny Hop,’ presented by SLUG Magazine. After a two-year pandemic hiatus, this Easter Sunday celebration returns in person with a brunch buffet, prizes, and award-winning local DJs playing vinyl records from brunch to sunset. Guests can also hunt for eggs, enjoy surprise guest artists and an appearance by the real Easter Bunny.

Funds raised at the Bunny Hop will benefit the HERC, Utah’s Hip Hop Education & Resource Center. Dedicated to Hip Hop history, arts, and education, the HERC hosts a variety of dance & art classes, community events, and after-school programming.

The day-long ‘hop’, which attracts an alternative crowd ranging in age and identity carries a tradition of community interaction and goodwill, helping attendees release a healthy dose of spring fever while making a positive social impact.
