Kilby Block Party 3 is this weekend! Here’s some information to help you have the best experience at the event. Please spend a moment to review this information, as some details have changed.

Arriving at the venue

Parking will be limited at the venue. We recommend taking public transportation or rideshare. Note that there will not* be a bike valet at the venue.



General Admission Entrance

The General Admission entrance is on the north side of Library Square on 400 South between 200 and 300 East.

All attendees will need to show proof of vaccination or negative Covid test taken within 72 hours of the event date. You need not bring your originals with you to the event. A photo or photo copy of your vaccination card or proof of negative test will be accepted. Proof of vaccination may also be presented using the docket app.

Tickets will be validated at the gate. Customers with 2-Day passes will need to present the same ticket on both days of the event for entry. Wristbands will no longer be issued for 2-Day purchasers.



VIP Entrance

The VIP entrance is on the southeast corner of Library Square on 500 South and 300 East.

All attendees will need to show proof of vaccination or negative Covid test taken within 72 hours of the event date. You need not bring your originals with you to the event. A photo or photo copy of your vaccination card or proof of negative test will be accepted. Proof of vaccination may also be presented using the docket app.

Your ticket will be validated at the gate and you will be provided with a VIP wristband. Your VIP wristband will be required access to the VIP area inside the venue.

If you purchased a 2-Day VIP ticket, your wristband will be used for entry on both days of the event. DO NOT LOSE OR REMOVE YOUR WRISTBAND! If you do not have your VIP wristband for the second day you will not be able to enter the event.

Re-entry is allowed with your VIP wristband. Please re-enter through the VIP entrance.



Food and drink

Over a dozen local food trucks will be providing dining options throughout the event.

Attendees 21 and older with proper ID will have the option to purchase alcoholic beverages. Visit one of several wristbanding stations around the venue to have your ID checked to receive a 21+ wristband before attempting to purchase alcohol.



After parties

21+ after parties will be hosted at Urban Lounge and Blue Gene’s both nights of the event. Choir Boy will perform an additional set on 5/13 , and Form Of Rocket on 5/14 . Tickets will be sold separately for the Urban Lounge after parties. Blue Gene’s after parties will feature local DJ’s and will not require an entry fee. All performing artists will be allowed free entry to the after parties

Kilby Block Party Rules

  • Tickets are required for all attendees, regardless of age.
  • Covid protocols are subject to change. Attendees agree to follow Covid protocols as defined on the day of each concert.
  • Re-entry is not allowed.
  • Artists are subject to change. Refunds are not available due to specific artist cancellations.
  • No weapons or firearms.
  • No coolers.
  • No outside food or beverages of any kind.
  • No pets allowed. Service dogs must have ID.
  • No pro audio, video or photo equipment.
  • No chairs, blankets or umbrellas.
  • Concerts are held rain or shine.
  • No refunds.
  • Prices subject to change without notice.
  • Attendees consent to release their likeness to Sartain & Saunders in connection with this event.
  • Security reserves the right to search bags, perform pat-down checks on individuals and refuse/revoke entry at their discretion.
